Setup and usage: The CA$750 founding pilot includes its initial setup. Standard setup after the pilot is quoted from CA$750. Every proposal states its included AI allowance. High-volume research, large files, image or video generation, continuous monitoring and paid third-party tools may require a larger plan or separate quote. There are no automatic overage charges.

What to know before a pilot.
Is the AI Assistant the same as Computer Assist support?
No. The AI Assistant is clearly labelled software for agreed work. Computer Assist support remains a separate human contact.
What is managed OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is the open-source software layer behind the assistant. Computer Assist hosts, configures, maintains and supports the setup so you do not have to build or operate the server.
Which tools can it use?
Only tools that are technically supported and approved in your written connection plan. The founding pilot starts with one workflow and up to two approved connections.
Will it send messages or change files on its own?
The pilot starts review-first. Drafts, briefings and proposed updates return for your review. Any authority to send or change something must be separately agreed.
Are AI Assistant messages end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp states that communications with third-party AI agents are not end-to-end encrypted. The providers, data path, retention and removal process are explained before setup.
How much does it cost?
The 60-day founding pilot is CA$750 total. After the pilot, AI Assistant service starts at CA$249 per month and Priority IT Support + AI starts at CA$499 per month. Scope and usage are written into the proposal before you approve it.
