Microsoft 365 support · Toronto

Get Microsoft 365 working again.

When Outlook will not send, OneDrive stops synchronizing or staff cannot sign in, work can grind to a halt. Get direct, plain-language help with the immediate problem and a clear next step.

Practical coverage

Start with the problem that is interrupting your day.

The first job is to identify the cause, explain the evidence and agree on the safest useful next step.

01

Outlook & email

Troubleshoot sending, receiving, profiles, shared mailboxes and common business-email problems.

02

Sign-in & MFA

Help authorized users with account access, multifactor authentication and legitimate recovery processes.

03

OneDrive

Investigate synchronization, storage, folder protection and practical restore questions.

04

Teams

Resolve common setup, meeting, application and sign-in problems.

05

Users & licences

Add or remove ordinary users and licences when an authorized administrator approves.

06

New computers

Set up Microsoft 365 applications, email and ordinary data access on a replacement device.

Clear rates

Choose support that fits the problem.

REMOTE

$125 per hour

One-hour minimum. Best for software, accounts, settings and problems that do not require a physical visit.

ONSITE

$150 per hour

One-hour minimum in Toronto. Best when physical equipment, connections or multiple devices are involved.

PRIORITY

$175 per hour

Same-day or emergency priority when availability permits and the problem cannot reasonably wait.

Authority and security come first.

Computer Assist will not bypass account ownership, identity checks, security controls or another provider's lawful administration. Organization-wide changes require approval from the business owner or authorized administrator. Migrations, tenant restructuring and ongoing administration need a separate scope.

Not sure where to begin?

For broader computer, Wi-Fi, backup or device concerns, begin with Toronto small-business IT support or the complimentary Computer Health Check.

Safe support

You stay informed and in control.

Explain the problem

Describe what happened, when it began and what work is being interrupted. Never submit passwords or one-time security codes.

Confirm the approach and rate

Remote, onsite or another next step is agreed before billable work begins.

Approve access and changes

Remote sessions are attended and use a one-time code. Nothing is deleted, installed or purchased without approval.

Test and explain

We verify the original problem together, review follow-up and visibly end remote access before closing the session.

Common questions

Before requesting help.

How much does Microsoft 365 support cost?

Remote support is CAD $125 per hour and Toronto onsite support is CAD $150 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Same-day or emergency priority support is CAD $175 per hour. Microsoft licences and third-party services are separate.

Can you recover a lost Microsoft 365 account?

Computer Assist can help an authorized owner follow Microsoft recovery and administrator processes, but cannot bypass identity checks, security controls or lawful account ownership. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Can you migrate our email?

A migration may be possible after discovery. Users, mailbox sizes, domain control, archives, shared mailboxes and downtime requirements must be assessed before a scope or price is offered.

Is OneDrive a complete business backup?

OneDrive can protect selected files, but it does not prove that every business system or required retention period is covered. Identify critical data and test a real restore before relying on the arrangement.

Tell Computer Assist what is getting in the way.

Describe the device or service, the problem and how urgently it affects your work. You will receive the clearest next step available.
