Common questions

Before requesting help.

Can you connect to my computer remotely?

Yes, during a scheduled support session. You remain present, approve a one-time connection and can stop sharing at any time. Computer Assist does not enable hidden or permanent access by default.

Do you support both Windows and Mac?

Yes. The exact support path depends on the device, operating-system version and the problem. Share those details in the inquiry when possible.

Will you need my passwords?

You should keep passwords private and enter them yourself when needed. A legitimate session does not begin with an unexpected demand for passwords, gift cards or immediate payment.

Do monthly hours roll over?

Plan terms, included work and scheduling should be confirmed in the written service agreement before subscribing. Ask Computer Assist which plan fits your expected support volume.

Tell Computer Assist what is getting in the way.

Describe the device, the problem and how urgently it affects your work. You will receive the clearest next step available.
